I hate the mags as much as anyone but Lascelles, a fit young man, being wiped out so badly by covid really does show it can hit anyone.

I hope the lad recovers soon - don’t wish that on anyone.

It's a question of your genetic makeup and s correct response of the immune system.

Depends how it arrives at the club. They seem to have done a better job of containing it than we have if this 13 positive tests figure is anything to go by.

the fact they had to have their game postponed suggests they had quite a lot of cases considering prem games go ahead if its only a few players

Even compared to last season City have regressed massively as an attacking threat. For a side whose aim going into the season would have been to win the title they've genuinely been rubbish going forward this season, as disappointing as they were last season at least they were hammering teams pretty regularly but their build-up is so laboured and ponderous now.

Defensively, they seem better. Dias seems to have made a difference in that regard. However, they seem to lack a bit of subtlety. It doesn't help that KDB and Sterling are having slightly disappointing seasons by their standards, Aguero isn't fit, Bernard O'Silver is a shadow of the player he was 2 seasons back and Pep seems to have something against Foden starting regularly, of course.
