When and if this is signed off, apart from being told who has what percentage, are people expecting some sort of other exciting information? It's been such an exasperating ordeal I think I'll just be relieved ahead of any other emotion.

That's been my worry with it like. No one really knows how much money Sartori has, so how much is he likely to put in? Because KLD won't be pouring much in if no one else is when he only gets 40%. If he's currently just taking shares and hoping that the new plans (like actually appointing decent people to key positions) are enough to see us improve and he'll buy the lot later then it sounds like it'll be quite a slow burner since these improvements could take years to bear fruit. It wouldnt be wildly dissimilar to the loan fpp gave, albeit it he'd actually have shares so be more tied to future success. Beggars can't be choosers but I'd much rather if someone with substantial funds was getting involved that they'd just buy the lot and be limited only by their own ambition (and the wage cap)
