There's something in Dobson's natural instincts that force him subconsciously to always turn back towards our goal and pass backwards, even when he has space Infront of him to move into and opposition players actaully behind him. It's strange . And highly effective at disadvantaging us . Bizzare
I don’t mind turning and passing backwards to retain possession, if there isn’t a attacking pass on.

The problem is it appears that Parky had most of them looking for the backwards pass as the first option.
 
Scowen is dead on his feet. Should have had Neil on 10 mins ago. Or of course for Power who appears to have vanished
Pace and energy in the midfield is sadly lacking again tbh and it doesn't look like LJ has any intention of changing that at the moment. Frustrating as owt for me.
 
Was it the first half against Fleetwood Dobson looked ok, passing forwards a lot? Part of it's got to be the instructions he's given, thinks defensive midfield means never passing forwards.
