I don't know, in all honesty. But we can all see that this squad needs an overhaul and that will take some time.
 


Well at least he knows what he's up against now and unless he can shift out 5 or 6 first teamers and replace them he will lead us to our worst ever finish. Let's hope he gets real backing from the new regime or he has some Pep like quality as yet unseen because he'll need it, I think gangrene has set in tbh, needs cutting out ASAP.

So what about the regulations on spending, are we not strapped by them........assuming we actually have any dosh to spend?
 
To the positive, my bank has gives me a free film rental every month. I'm just wondering what to select for tonight. Maybe a pick-me-up, like Death in Venice or The Seventh Seal.
 
This season is already close to becoming a complete write off in terms of promotion. Reason being, regardless of the manager, unless we could somehow change 11 players there is no hope. And that isn’t going to happen.

rebuild (another one) starts now. But why should this one be any more successful? Very little cause for optimism to be honest

Embleton and Diamond need managing extremely well at the moment and not played too much as they don't look ready just yet

Until the window opens , he must play Diamond the kid is much more aggressive than McGuire or scowem

My concern is if Diamond has a few bad games and needs dropping how will that effect him mentally.
Hopefully LJ will start working on some basics like movement in the box and keeping us in and around play off places until January when we may need to take players out of the squad and buy/loan smart and clever
