He’ll be judged by results as always, but if we can see that he (and the rest) are trying to implement what he says he wants to implement, then he’ll be given plenty of time and support from me at least.

I also don't understand people kicking up a fuss about Johnson and then saying they actually wanted Cowley, who had one season in the Championship, finished 18th and otherwise has mainly managed in League Two and non-league.
