I think the chocolate creme is the oldest chocolate bar still in production in the UK .

Could be, that would make some sense. I do know that Fry's (who used to make the aforesaid Chocolate Creme) were the first in the world to produce a chocolate bar.

Anyone remember Glee bars. Came on a cardboard base like Bounties used to. They had a thin chocolate surround, shaped like a rectangle. Sponge inside with strawberry jam centre. A cake bar basically.
