Actually I think we could all have predicted this happening fairly soon. I just hope that this is the new regime pulling the strings and all the takeover nonsense will also be concluded soon.

I don't know about the ITKs, but Parkinson has looked like a broken man at post match interviews recently. I suspect he knew exactly what was in the pipeline but was hanging on for a severance. The team and method of play reflected the position, so it's a positive thing for the club IMO.
