im oversimplifying here but it depends if KLD is basically an investor and the shift in shares is for appearances OR if there’s a shift in power away from the original three to JS and KLD as the new powers that be.

My thoughts are leaning to the latter. There's no point in the lad coming on board otherwise. People are presenting him as a know-nothing wet behind the ears kid. He's been working at Marseiile, and his family owned it. He's grown up in and among football owners. I'm reminded of the man who now runs Next, Simon (now Lord) Wolfson. While I was working there, he was a year out of Oxford, and pushing to a main board place. His Dad was the owner of GUS.

Depends on who that person is and how competent they are that will determine whether it’s a change for the better and to be encouraged by.

So he didnt paint him as a 'Svengali mastermind' then? Nixon has also said he'll be in an influential role, Prehab has said not to worry as theres also a sporting director. Its not some conspiracy theory, most people are saying he'll have a role in the new set up.

Well lets not fall out over semantics but running the club while having only 5% shares is well in the svengali envelope and up there in the conspiracy envelope.

Means Madrox as it stands (Donald,Methven,Sartori) will hold 60% and therefore will have the majority say? Would be a major worry

Methvens been instrumental in pulling this together apparently. Possible wires have been crossed with the Chinese whispers and it’s came to him having a major role.

or alternatively the new mob have been impressed with him and he’s slimed his way in to a role. Either way he is not going to be a sporting director so once that appointment is made I think we can relax about his involvement on the football side. Well, providing it’s someone credible and who won’t be pushed around or a puppet. Everything that’s been said is that we are going to get impressed. I’m gonna wait and see who it is and what their ethos is before making a judgement. Not gonna get pulled in to the excitement nor am I gonna say it’s a shite deal just yet.
