Pease pudding mash ups

After reading the latest pease pudding thread and a couple of posts mentioning sandwiches with it, we've always played a straight bat and had it with ham.
So created this thread for people to inspire us with their favourite humous of the north sandwich recipes (lick lips in anticipation).
