If money's there, the only thing you really can do is hunt out the very best under-21's you can find. Of course, a pre-requisite will be a preparedness to play them.
We've discussed this before - bring in some quality and give them big bonuses for objectives in competitions that are easily attainable. Complies with the cap. If we have any cojones we'd do this and if the league kicks off let them go legal.

Budget's no bloody good if there's no space in the squad and, even if we do manage offload someone, the replacement will have to paid around £2k/week.
Have they said what the actual punishment is for breaking the salary cap is? If the new owners have got money and it's just a fine we could just sign who we want.

That wont happen with this manager. That is why he needs to go if that is our only hope in January.

We were crying out for pace an energy today from the 60th minute...we brought Embleton on in the 82nd minute and Minimum Power in the 90th with the option of 5 subs.

If I was a premier league club SAFC would be the last club in the country I would send a quality young player with this manager in charge.

Thanks to Brexit (and unbeknown to most who voted for it), getting a visa for non EU citizens will become easier, so maybe we convince some decent Paraguayans to join us?

Gettin. Being forced into not buying any more garbage with no sell on value could work to our advantage. We show no signs of doing of our own accord

Overspending, getting promotion as a result, and then being under an embargo in the Championship would be just a bit less than ideal.

Only if you meet the points requirement, which more or less mandates an A-level standard of education. I've had a long look at the regulations, and, other than being an elite player (ie the current non-EU work permit requirements), there doesn't seem yo be a way round it for footballers.
