Ha ha...no just a common or garden sandy..live in the lakes and spent 37 years in hospitality...most of it at the stove..start to finish an hour and 20...and washed up ...wife's just had positive covid test back after being a bit unwell for a week or so , so I will be cooking for a bit longer
