Why do we? Are we not better off going for a Poyet/Keane who we know would get a reaction and the fans have a connection with. There is no way someone like Paul Cook would last here.

There's a very good reason Keane hasn't managed for a long time - he needs cash, and lots of it. Even if we had cash, the salary cap means that, realistically, we can't spend it. Gus is possible, but I don't think we have a squad capable of playing Gusball.
