I can’t remember a player running with the ball through the middle in a league match this season. Everything comes through the wing backs and it’s so predictable. All our Central midfielders just pass it sideways or backwards, not good enough if you want promotion. Need about 6 first teamers in January.
Been saying exactly this for about two seasons.

Imo this is another game where we seem 2nd best as a team. Now, whilst that isnt everything it does give alot of perspective about the capabilities of this squad in this league. How many teams have we actually looked better than this season? Barely 50% so far imo
Not trying to antagonise mate but imo opinion only Peterborough and Portsmouth in the league have we been comfortably outplayed... Yes we are an average team but those are the only 2 games where I couldn't make a case for us being better or deserving of a point...

No changes at half time.

Well, that is a big surprise.

Im guessing he’ll replace one of the strikers for Graham or maybe it’ll be Maguire (who he then plays upfront in the same role as whoever he replaced) around the 70 minute mark, you know, to mix things up...

Well our most creative players are Gooch and Maguire. Ones on the bench and the other one is nigh on playing right back.

McGeady got binned off to let the youngsters get a game.

I’m not actually.

I was curious before the game regarding how he’d got on since going there. Whilst their results haven’t been great and they’ve suffered from losing players during the pandemic, their playing style has improved with them sticking to their philosophy.

He’s not doing well like sorry

I think Maguire will come on for Grigg at some point. Doubtless O'Brien will also emerge for one of his pointless cameos and, oh yes, Graham for Wyke on 80 minutes. We could easily lose this.
Danny Graham will come on for Grigg to complete the utter depression we feel. How can anyone think this is the man to take us forward?
