I love how we're 16 weeks into a period that they estimated could take 6 weeks and people on 606 are questioning why people are pessimistic about the chances of this going through 
For the record, wheatsheaf (who teased the 10th as a meaningful date) has said 'all agreed, but not signed, needs more time'.
So it isn't agreed then, or it would be signed.
It's not you that people don't believe mate. It's the people constantly telling you a takeover is just around the corner. Let's hope this time they aren't bullshitting.

Whilst I know where you're coming from, a contract can be agreed, engrossed and issued for signing by the respective parties. But accept, it isn't complete until signed and executed.

Mate, I’d love to quote you the patronising reason the seller gave for it not being “just signed” straight away. It’s all agreed, it takes a long time to sort after that unfortunately. But I have to say, I’m genuinely excited to find out who it is because it looks like it’s just a matter of time.
