What time is the takeover not happening tomorrow?

It won't, I assume. Even the ITK's have walked back the significance of it and said it is some kind of internal deadline.

It's definitely suspect the way this is happening. I still think everything points towards Sartori being the main driver of whatever is/was going on. I'd expect an external buyer to have a less open-ended approach to these talks, especially when timing plays such a huge role in the subsequent success of their ownership.

The NDA could easily be extended, it's a very lightweight 1-2 page doc that is boilerplate.

The period of exclusivity is different - there is leverage and money attached to it. That's a big reason I believe it's more likely to be someone internal.

Its gone beyond a farce .... its gets more farcical with each blown supposed deadline ... some of the rumours I heard he ranged from the almost believable to the hyper incredible ( the best of which was when David Beckham was supposed to be in a consortia trying to buy us)...

Sadly I think it just smoke and mirrors from within the club.... beating the bushes trying to raises and diminishing profile... in a market place where there is better value to be had we reached the point where smaller clubs, with fewer problem in higher leagues go for less money than whats been asked for a SAFC... were too much of a risk

Thats exactly why i’ve always thought it’ll just be share redistribution with current lot and maybe a bit more investment from outside. I don’t understand why / believe that anyone outside of current owners would pay the price to buy outright

If there is a deal of sort percolating then a redistribution is probably the most likely ... however there are obvious issues if that's happening as its drawing on. On the flip side iirc Rodwell suggested that something more substantial might be happening in his recent media round. That might suggest an buyout ..or a takeover.
But its been made known that the valuation is £37m ... that still seems insane and feels whatever deals could happen our owners greed induced blindness needs to get sorted otherwise nobody will bite for that price

Its all still feels unbelievable... I have zero trust in the club .... I'm not alone and that is a problem
