I always thought he’d grind us to promotion, but that’s absolutely vile. Will not go up if we don’t win them games. We will never win them games playing like that. I’d sack him now, if not he has to win the next 6 or he’s gone. Strange how Dobson and power were allowed to go forward after the 85th minute, after both standing in no man’s land all game. Wants shooting with shite.
Can't disagree with majority of that mate, except imo he needs to go now. Players look miserable as sin and are clearly not enjoying playing this way under Parkinson. You can see it in their body language from a mile off. Heads down majority of the time. We are sick as fuck watching this and looks like the players have gave up now aswel. Will Donald and co react????

There’ll be some who say we’ve got to accept where we are blah, blah, blah.
For a club like us to have a safety first plodding team with no invention or pace in this league is simply a disgrace.
For this to be accepted by the owners tells you everything, but then again this league is a couple of steps up from where the owners have come from.
Where we find ourselves is beyond depressing it simply shouldn’t be accepted.

I thought Sanderson was decent, likes to get forward and made some solid tackles. For their second I'd bet me house on Dobson not communicating with him and just rushing in.
Sanderson's performance was a curate's egg, for me. He looks quick and strong but he made a number of unforced errors in the first half. Clear potential, though.

I've been saying this for months. He's not worried. Nor is he going anywhere soon. I think the first few games were our purple patch for the season. The man is incapable of addressing the issues we have while the game is being played. No plan B. No balls, no imagination.

Exactly. He knows we can't afford to sack him and has all along. His job is safer than Jurgen Klopp's.

I thought Power did his job okay (not as well as Leadbitter, at this best). I held my breath every time Dobson shaped up to pass.

I thought he was poor, but didn't give it away as often as Dobson. Neither could get the ball up the pitch either by taking it themselves, or picking a forward pass. They either gave it away, or sent it back to the CBs. Eventually Wright would get fed up with it launch one long himself.

God knows what happened vs Pompey and first half today. But second half was like the first 6 games - kept it tight, hard to watch, little quality but get crosses in and hope for a scruffygoal.

parky sees it as pragmatic and appropriate for this league, but in reality it’s dour hoofball

For their second I'd bet me house on Dobson not communicating with him and just rushing in.

It's down to the Centre Half to take control there. The player running back doesn't have the same view of what's going on. It's Sanderson who needs to be giving Dobson the shout and getting rid.

But either way, it's calamity cops defending.

Wyke probably would have missed as well aye, but haway, he's 6 yards out and you're telling me the only thing he can do is head it straight down the middle? I think Graham would give us a better, yet still shit, option than Wyke but no point defending him just because you hate Wyke.
Remember being at white Hart Lane. 2-1 down with 90 mins on the clock. Shot saved by the spurs keeper... drops on graham's head, goal at his mercy... must score... loops the header towards the empty net... lorent saves.

Fast forward a few years and here we are at mighty Rochdale. What an absolute nightmare safc are.

Parkinson was brought in to get us promoted and has us sitting 7th at almost the exact time last year Ross was sacked for having us 6th.
Not once in his year in charge have we looked anywhere near the top 2 and the so called football is the worst I've seen in my life.

these players with these tactics will not get us into the top 2 for the 3rd year in a row, its beyond ridiculous now and Lincoln City being top 7 points ahead of us sums it up. Play offs at best its thoroughly shameful

Probably between the two, but certainly gave the keeper a chance he just shouldn't have had. If Wyke had missed the same chance you'd (rightly) be all over him.

That’s a good save tbh. I’d be more critical of wykes joke miss from 5 yards in the first half or Humes right at the end. Considering where Graham was when he headed it, if you go much wider the ball goes wide, given the angle
