Last ball Notts needed three to win, technically 2 actually as a tie meant they went through. Lad hits it out to deep midwicket, easy run out if Lilley picks the ball up. He missed it completely and it goes through his legs, Notts win a tied game.

Lilley wasn’t the man who fumbled the last ball, he let one go through him at the end of the 19th when Notts needed 17 off 7, effectively costing three runs.

He’d already got 1 off 7 with the bat and bowled a single over for 14. Anyone can have a nightmare but I don’t think I’ve ever seen it happen with all three disciplines in the same game. Trumps a ‘Scott Boswell’.

Pretty certain they can play on Sunday too, I heard something recently along the lines of "They've never needed the rain day at T20 finals day"

Edit - Just looked at the forecast, Sunday looks worse :)
