3rd ODI - 1pm start

Archer is shite. If it wasn't for him we would have won. First home series we've lost for 5 years because of him. Useless knackers.

Overly harsh there. Yes Archer and Buttler made mistakes but think Morgan takes the blame for letting Carey and Maxwell get away (and bowling Rashid final over, mad decision). Also though credit to those two because they took advantage.

Its more than overly harsh, it's complete bollocks. He didn't play well tonight, but to suggest he's shite shows a complete lack of knowledge of cricket. He's got an amazing ODI record.

Was taking the piss out of some Lanky twat on Twitter the other day calling for Morgan to go. Starting to think he was onto something

What a load of shite. We all agree it was an awful decision, but it’s probably the first bad decision he’s made in 18 months as captain. The man generally pisses gold, you’ll always get one wrong every now and again and god knows he deserves some slack after what he’s done for us

As far as I'm concerned he led us to a world cup win, he can be crap for the rest of his career as far I'm concerned.

an absolute look at me decision

Very harsh that mind. Starc on strike having not faced, Rashid turns a couple and 10 off 6 becomes 10 off 4, then one missed big shot and it’s over. You can understand the thinking, but it wasn’t the best option available. Had to be wood. He’s earned one bad decision mind given what he’s given us over the years

Rashid is also not an accurate bowler, it's incredibly difficult to have control as a leg spinner. So he was always going to have hittable deliveries

It was a ridiculous decision not to let Wood take the final over
Fair play to Maxwell and Carey
Woods catch would have won the game because he would have been all fired up for final over

This really. Isn’t just that win, he’s won us plenty of games last 18 months especially. Won us the last game to mean we even had something to play with today

Bairstow’s fault anyway for scoring a ton
