Yeah I'm surprised too as you shouldnt need to pay compensation when signing u23 bosman players from Europe. That was the issue we had with Maja, if he went to an English club we'd get compensation but if he went abroad we'd get nothing.

These were my exact thoughts when I first heard about him. I really do hope this works out. We could be good to watch.
