His profound silence on the matter indicates to me he knows he’s been used. Whether knowingly or otherwise is another question. If it ever comes out he knew there was nothing to it, he’s done here.

Storey says he has an NDA in place and can't reveal to much but cherry picks things to say about the deal on a daily basis, the man is a fraud. Surely he has breached NDA hundreds of times.
 
Barnes has been made to look a complete fool by his supposed “source”. He was in the “know”, but the knowledge he was given was complete bollocks.

I don’t blame Barnes. How many times have Donald etc said stuff to Roker Report/the Echo for it to not happen as it should.

Donald used fanzines as mouthpieces to control the narrative/propaganda, then local journalist (such as Methven’s big interview with the Echo)- and how he’s/they are using Barnes to release snippets of information.

Clever tactic but hell exhaust all avenues soon.

I blame Barnes. Far too easily awed by Donald, given him an easy ride and made himself a useful idiot. Should have given Donald the same treatment he gave Storey instead of hanging off his every word.

Think it’s a fine balancing act-same happened to the fanzines and made them look silly

Not to mention the fact that Rodwell won't be involved in talks anyway. He's a director of SAFC Ltd only. This is about either Donald sellling SJD Leisure's sharesin Madrox, or Madrox selling its shares in Sunderland Ltd. Neither of those are within Rodwell's remit.
