That being the case, Should Barnes give up his informants identity? I know I would i I'd thought I'd been played for a patsy. Lets be honest , its the only sensible thing he can do if he wants to save his reputation.

Of course not. I was talking about January onwards. There'll be almost no point in overseas scouting unless the current system is liberalised, which I can't see happening.

Pre-existing contracts will be honoured. The difficulties will start from January 1 - any new work permit regime will apply from then.

I agree. Parkinson loves to build from the back and we're doing exactly that. Defensively with Scowen and Power sat in front of them we're going to be very very hard to break down. It's not pretty but if we can maximize set pieces then I would expect a lot of 1-0 wins. Fans will moan, but if it gets us up...

It's only the past couple of seasons Wright hasn't played 40+ games.
