Everything in that final 10 minutes or so. The missed run out, the ridiculous review and then the lbw shout which was out but not given. Superb
I've read a lot about that lbw and people saying Hawkeye got it wrong because it didn't pick up that the ball flicked Stokes' front pad first (and therefore the trajectory is all wrong)

I don’t want to hear Hawkeye is wrong, it’s much better to think Stokes was out and they cocked it up by wasting their final review in desperation

As Glen McGrath was at great pains to point out on the TMS commentary when Leech tied the scores.
I watched the Headingley Test on TV in 1981 and I never thought I would ever say it but ..this was better!

I was sitting uncomfortably on the edge of my deckchair in the garden listening to TMS and didnt move for 50 minutes because of course had I done so it would have resulted in inevitable defeat for the home side.

Exactly right - we played Pompey at home on the Saturday and we were stood outside fans museum before the match watching the cricket on our phones and planning a day on the drink in York - that’s how desperate it was looking.
I attended every single one of the 6 in a row against the mags, and this trumped it. Emotionally and physically draining but superb day

I was driving back from a mates wedding in oxford. I had to pull over when I got into Sunderland and listen to the end in case I went off the road

I missed a few wickets day one we were due somewhere for a curry and taxi ques would have been massive so left earlyI went to Day 2 + 3, f***ing gutted I wasn't there for Day 4
