Total wild speculation here and I'm probably over thinking it but:

Sartori and his FiL taking on 26% between them, isn't that how much Methven owns? Any chance they're "holding" it for him so that he's publicly removed from the club but can still plan on cashing in later if we do well?

The only thing about the proposed deal that makes no sense to me is why Sartori's FiL and GF would want to share ownership when both could just buy it outright.

Sartori already owns 20% of Madrox. Methven owns 6%. The deal suggested only really works if it's for shares in Madrox; splitting up Medrox's shareholding in Sunderland created muiltiple complications, not least the Madrox/FPP debt.

Magnus over the road has said this:

Sartori 20%
His f in law 6%
And furhman and potentially dell and the rest with 74%
O’Brien will have a part to play
if the deal is accepted it could be done as soon as Friday

SD has another 2 deals on the table

MG
And story’s
I don’t know anything about them”

Certain he gets his information from O’Brien side, he mentions them in posts in the past.
Leading up to the loan etc

If Micky Gray is only a frontman for his consortium and his ultimate goal is for the best result for the club, shouldn't he think about backing out and leave this proposed Fuhrman/Sartori bid as a clear frontrunner? It would put massive pressure on Donald to accept as it would potentially be a choice between Fuhrman/Sartori or Storey who, we don't even know if he's got the cash.

Gray might not be privvy to the other bid but could find out and if he truly wants to put the club first he knows what to do.

Bet Donald is sitting in the corner of his study, index finger pressed against his puckered lips with a playful look on his face
