After last summer’s disappointment I said I would never get my hopes built up like that again. So far i’ve been pretty good just checking this tread a couple of times a day but tonight the excitement got a bit too much and i’ve been on every 10 minutes! Going to be a long week. Wouldn’t it be amazing if at last we had some genuinely exciting news. Fingers crossed and stay calm

Total wild speculation here and I'm probably over thinking it but:
Sartori and his FiL taking on 26% between them, isn't that how much Methven owns? Any chance they're "holding" it for him so that he's publicly removed from the club but can still plan on cashing in later if we do well?
The only thing about the proposed deal that makes no sense to me is why Sartori's FiL and GF would want to share ownership when both could just buy it outright.
