I am not in the room so don't know the absolute fine details. I would be wary of people claiming that too. Probably talking less that 10 people would know that.

I know it's still positive on both sides.
There is genuine interest and desire to complete the deal.
Whilst there have been claims of others in the mix, one party have been the most likely to complete throughout the process.
Potential is huge.
