So, in essence, Fuhrman buys Donald's shares, and Rybovlev buys Methven's.

He said Furhmans put a deal in place for the other two and dell to come on board at a later date. The other two were the ones unsure on the takeover so pulled the plug and agreed to do the loan.
Fuhrman dead keen and fears he could lose the club so is making a move now.

These things as I mentioned in my earlier post are on and off as the demands hot up. The one single optimistic point that you need to hang on to is that SD wants out, however wants to maximise his pay off.
Plenty of brinkmanship but the fact that no smoke without fire would mean that parties are in discussion.
