I think there is at least one if not two involved who will be quite happy to say exactly what has gone on when the time is right.
It is making me wonder however if JS has found some kind of investors and SD had started to make discussions difficult to scupper this deal to allow JS in.

The timing of this 'exclusivity' was always fishy just after the RAWA meeting and interview Donald did and anger about his asking price, someone or a paties suddenly appeared to have met it?

MG had exclusivity but during that the elusive Juan Satori showed an interest. Donald prefers that bid as he still keeps part of the club to sell on for a bigger profit once we get promoted and he can still pull strings in the background thinking nobody will know.
As he can't do the deal with Satori during MG exclusivity he spends weeks f***ing them around, ruining our summer (again), until that period either ends or they pull out.
Few share reallocation and bobs your uncle. Club has a 'takeover that all the fans wanted' buy fuck all has changed.

We don't know if anything is a lie yet as we have no idea if anyone is buying the club or not. Wait till its official first, it might not even have been MG consortium in pole position, we basically are just going off rumours off here
