And imo when storey was on the radio he sounded like a man who knew he wasnt in the best position and had to convince people how good his bid is.

If however storey is a viable option I can’t see fpp allowing it so the question is, would Donald pay £10 million extra just because of his dislike for someone?

two journalists have come out and said 'a source' at the club said his bid isn't credible, the club haven't officially said anything - unless you have read something official?
 
That Storey fella basically spent the thick end of a random week walking around Sunderland and taking pictures. Nice work if you can get it.

I'm struggling to understand the hate mate. I can appreciate fans are not going to trust a character like this from the get go, but would your opinion change if you found out he was leading a consortium of multi-billionaire backers that had ambitions of challenging at the top of the PL?

All the local papers getting the same info at once, its a standard media briefing to get a message out. Local papers dont risk their relationship with a club on running info from “club sources” unless the source is the top of the chain, likely the same source Barnes has who was also told Storey isnt credible weeks ago. Like one has said on twitter to storey they will happily share their source once storey shares his backers.
