It's more the language used. If you say a bid has been welcomed, the implication is that it's been received by the buyer. If he's only just submitted it, then Madrox can only now start to look at the detail and decide whether to negotiate further. He's at least 2 months away from completing if he's serious, unless he intends to do no due diligence, which would ring huge alarm bells over his competence to run a whelk stall, let alone a large football club.

I've never once said he's genuine by the way, but not one single person has been able to logically explain the above. They just dismiss everything that doesn't fit the "evidence".

Why won’t he identify his supposed backers?
Why is their zero evidence of his supposed other businesses?
Why is he facing a winding up order?
Why is his energy drink business almost non existent?
Why did a judge label him as untruthful in a case he lost?
The super bike thing (which is in the UK championship not the world championship) could easily implode as badly as the formula 1 fiasco. I have no idea how he’s taken that team in ,but I fully expect it to end in tears.
 
I mean I think Storey is doing this on his own, creating another layer to his lies, and Donald saw a bit of a chance that it might smoke someone else out or play to his advantage. Now that Storey is being openly hostile in the media it's obviously time for SD to stamp out whatever credibility Storey has somehow gained.
Also for anyone who actually wants him here, what on earth makes you think he won't annihilate the club if things get difficult? His modus operandi is to burn every bridge and not give a fuck.

Wasting ya time mate, the experts have spoken! They have their "evidence" from a few google searches and they heard so on facey b, definitely all 100% accurate!

So you can't answer the questions I've asked then?

I agree there's plenty of dodgy things out there which make me dubious but again you've exaggerated evidence that supports your view and dismissed the parts that don't.

How can he be facing a winding up order if there's zero proof of his businesses? When was the winding up order issued?

Why hasn't Mickey Gray identified his backers? That's not a requisite of any takeover at this stage.

He's sponsored Super bikes which means he's shown them funds. Haas also confirmed that they did their due diligence so he had funds to sponsor them.

I really don't see the point in ignoring half of the story. I agree he's probably not a legitimate buyer. His business dealings are mysterious. But there is evidence of money there to provide sponsorship (no idea how much) which you're completely ignoring and dismissing with no evidence.

They're probably right in the sense that he won't be the owner, but people just ignore certain info and you get berated for bringing it up as they can't handle doubt and mystery in their brains.
