@prehab26 does the mad man basically saying its FPP in exclusivity tie in with what you have heard?

I got the impression he said the people with charges were making it awkward but he wanted to pay them off. Maybe as FPP have the final say on who buys it, they have a preferred buyer and are not wanting to sell to Storey so making it awkward for him? I didn't pick up that it was FPP who had exclusivity.
