Aye thats exactly what I was suggesting. You missed my point completely. Most people share your opinion but people are also assuming that you are sharing fact not opinion, I'm just saying if you're going to share stuff you do know then make it clear when you are just giving your opinion.

So do you know how the FPP loan thing plays into accepted bids? When you say "accepted" do you mean just accepted by SD and FPP could still say no? Is it accepted by all parties (SD and FPP) and it's good to go? Is it something SD and the bidding parties feel would never be enforced by FPP? Is it something that would be part of any deal - money set aside to pay off the loan so that FPP couldn't exercise that right even if they wanted to? Or you don't know any of the above from what you've been told about bids being accepted?
