Well he didn;t seem to know where the fullback thing came fro and thought he'd not want to leave Man United. Apart from the fact that he's been released and on trial at SAFC for a week i don't know either. Hardly a sign he's got his finger on the pulse but hopefully it's not representitive of his ITK status on the takeover

Very doubtful he has any real insider knowledge tbf and he backtracked considerably the day after his big scoop.
Hope I’m wrong but not exactly confident on a positive change being imminent in a Covid stricken world although some speculators may see it as a good time to acquire businesses cheaper than normal.

Not really a panic but things were discussed and at no point was barnes scoop alluded to as even the potential for something to be happening. Have a feeling that barnes now realises that whoever game him his info was probs talking shite.

If there’s nowt said at end of August fair enough but I’m hoping the lack of any rumours is a positive thing and it’s going to plan, @prehab26 seemed quite positive and he doesn’t seem the type to post bollocks
 
It's simple really..
We were given a statement from Nick Barnes a couple of weeks ago..
We were given brief details of "exclusivity" and a idea of the timescale with a potential buyer.
We were told during this period it would go quiet probably till around the end of August, which is normal in these circumstances.
This is exactly what is happening.. When there is news we will hear it whether there's a sale that completes or not.
Nobody on here knows anything it's all guesswork and speculation.. Trying to piece 2nd hand snippets of information to make an impossible full picture of current events.
All we have to do as usual is wait and hope there is some positive news around the corner.

Even if we are its the not knowing it is is the worst. It could end up being amazing and all/part fpp, it could be sartori who has money but has shown zero interest in the club, it could be someone who has managed to cobble together money or it could even be storey and his energy drinks
