Speculation that it will be played in group format the same or very similar to the Bob Willis Trophy. Also they could be quite a few matches played on neutral grounds as TV companies want designated ground for televised matches.

can't imagine them changing that anytime soon.

I've accepted this season now as a write off.

How they can't allow even a few hundred people to attend is beyond me.

The situation is so ludicrous that I'm half expecting the next announcement to be the erection of a large screen in the middle of Chester Park where up to 3000 people will be allowed to watch the T20 fixtures.

Utterly logic defying why members are not allowed to watch cricket in a large capacity stadium when you can go to a cramped pub have a meal and drinks and watch a stream of the game.
