Not like this mate, generally dull as anything now. Miss the daftness of the board. I think Kildare has solely killed me off with this place :D Bored of every thread being derailed and very little humour around. No ones fault, just the times. Only have to venture on twitter or Facebook these days. Everyone is so angry :lol:

Personally good though. Family doing well. A few pints in a pub wouldn’t go amiss mind :lol: Maybe “that’s” the problem. Virtually housebound for 4 months :neutral::mad:

How on earth does a made up story about them selling help them? It doesn't simple as, your talking rubbish as per usual. As for every fan apart from me wants them gone is again total rubbish, as 1. I'm not bothered if they go depending who they sell to, and 2. Have you asked every safc fan in the world

Read properly I said just about every other fan and last survey I seen it was over 90% of those that voted wanted them gone, so that’s a lot yeh.
 
Sd says he wants to sell but is he talking only about his shares...theres others who own shares in the club...what if a buyer wants the whole thing but these other share holders wont sell?

Kildares nowt more than a lickspittle lying prick, whichever of them he is. Hopefully they’ll be no more than a bad memory soon. Remembered as nothing more than a byword in bad football club ownership and management. The STID stitch up and little south coast club £10m loss are all anyone in footballs gonna remember these idiots for.

Stick the other irritants on ignore, it works wonders. Nigh on 20yrs on here and I used the ignore button for the first time a few weeks back. Should’ve done it a decade ago.

One day you’ll look back and laugh at safcs current predicament. They’re all just passing through.
 
Whilst I hope it's true, does Barnes ever get these things right? I always thought he was used to spread false information and didn't get the impression he was particularly close to anyone higher up at the club.

Didn't he say there was no substance in the FFP takeover at the outset? Then they formed a company that was registered to the SoL's address and he back-peddled? Could be wrong mind.

They do own enough collectively to scupper any overall control . Donalds controlling interest is 74% ..Methven 20% and Sartori 6% GoM will tell us

It depends on the shareholders agreement, if you have over 75% then absolutely you can force the other shareholders to do what you want, however just because you have less than that doesn’t mean there wont be a drag along clause that means if the main shareholder (Donald) wants to sell the minority shareholders have to do likewise.

Donald has no overall control which as you suggest will have been part of the share holding agreement when they bought the club. 2% more and he can basically do what he likes. I just cant see this blokes narcissistic tendency wanting to give up control. I believe this will cost him dearly in the long term.
 
Well whatever the truth the asset is fast depreciating.

At some point it will happen. As an aside if they re sign a shithouse who could not be arsed first time round they have hit a new low.
 
Couldn't give a shit about it costing him dearly, it's costing the club dearly that bothers me - and that's happening right now.

Gut feeling, no sale any time soon. You'd have to be f***ing mad to pay anything like he wants for the club at a time like this. Or perhaps at any time, tbh.

its blowing up spectacularly in his face from my perspective. Not a pot to piss in. A loan to a third party to service. A phantom buy that now appears to be Sartoi, Players to recruit. New season about to start. No fans in the stadiums until Xmas (best guess).. Club debts to service....on the whole i'd say Donald , Methven and Sartori are getting exactly what they deserve....fuck all
