Look for the last time I DO NOT support what SD has done in no way shape or form, he has fucked the club, BUT NOT INTENTIONALLY.
He took on this money pit stopped the massive financial drain and for just over 14 month steadied the ship, if Ross the toss had not bottled it, we MIGHT have gone up, it would have been be so different at this time.
Short when he left paid most of the debt, but he still left loads of hidden shit, and those ongoing contracts and i have been told about 3 of them they have crippled us financially, for the next 3 years.
SAFC fans to answer your point are great, well they are great in numbers of attendance at games, but look at the SOL 15-20 mins to go at every home game the stadium empties mate.
Yes at away games WE are fantastic cos i go to a lot of away games and the support is brilliant and we stay till the end.
There are more ways to be great fans than just turning up, some home games i exclude the South west corner and the new Roker the rest of the ground its deathly silent.
So no we cant blame the fans all the time, and yes SD has in no small amount been wrong in loads of his decisions, these have all been documented but i still think losing between £25-30 million a year after he(Short) closed the chq book we would have gone under. IMHO
Good to see you’re starting to acknowledge the damage that SD has done but that isn’t quite what you were saying before your recent ban (Safc fans were the problem wasn’t it?) Also worth noting that if you really think that Donald steadied the ship in his first 14 months then, regardless of any inside knowledge you have of what went on, you don’t have a good enough understanding of what their actions have actually done to the club. The simple fact is that you can count the good football decisions of the Donald regime on the fingers of one hand. They’ve been dreadful, incompetent and downright damaging to this club from the day they arrived. The absolute worst owners we’ve ever had in our history from a football perspective. Arrogant, unambitious and ultimately incredibly dumb. It wasn’t Ross that blew it on his own, it was every single thing they did in their stewardship of the club. The clubs failure over the past two years is the least their incompetence deserves.

I don’t think it’s gonna happen but I hope it does. Less points then last season, less goals scored, more conceded. I fear if things don’t change we may find ourselves in the bottom 3 next season like.

Bad enough that yous frequent a Sunderland board, you're back wearing your scummy shirts in seaburn today. It only happens when you're doing better than us - funny that.
