This, the thing is the vast majority of supporters we're prepared to give these owners time providing we could see a plan to build the club back up.

They talked the "Dortmund" model yet proceeded to flog all the kids for a quick quid and had a scattergun approach to player recruitment.

I'm not fussed how rich the people are who own us, I just want to see a plan based on youth setup and bringing in the best youngsters who'll can improve us and increase their value

Yet the stuff that came out last night from Barnes specifically mentions new owner(s).

”BBC Radio Newcastle are reporting that Donald has now entered into a period of exclusivity with a potential buyer”

Its like cracking the enigma code trying to decipher whether or not this takeover/investment will or will not be good news.

I do get the impression though that it’s not a massive opportunity in the mode of an FPP like change.

Time will tell I suppose
