Just like Bairstow he's lost his red ball ability after becoming one of the best white ball players in the world.
26 and one of their most talented players. Hence why they will want him to work.
But you'd hink he needs to go away and play some first class cricket to get back that 2017 form. Just like Jonny needs to find his 2016 form.

Really impressed with the strength in depth for our bowling attack. Still got Wood, Archer and Anderson to come back in: Jack Leach as well. We'll be able to bring in a brand new attack with almost no fall in the quality. Think we might well win both test series this summer because of this strength in depth.
