Find me a season its been stronger than that. We are fucked

It's shite man, it's still the same bunch of League One cloggers playing here. You don't get better players dropping down a division because f***ing Barnsley or us etc are here. Players good enough for The Championship will be sold there or stay there

Fact is there's a lot let cost involved in 3 games as opposed to 10 or so. It would have dragged the season on longer making a longer period of uncertainty for clubs to try and refinance themselves. We are at a lower league level where there isn't much money and teams a much smaller. We had 20mill in PP in comparison. It's our own fault for blowing our own financial and status advantage 2 seasons in a row. I can't remember us ever being 1st. Just an excuse to use to cover systemic failure over the last 2 years
If you wanted to be eligible for the playoffs you should have had to vote to carry on the season. Its a flawed vote because the only teams who would vote to carry on the season are those who were on the outside looking in.

Laughably tinpot but that's the level we're at.

The EFL took the easy way out rather than try and finish the season in a sporting manner. 8th place have just be promoted because they they didn't play 2 games. How anyone can even argue that's fair?
