Donald not responding to takeover offers?

On what basis? You mustn’t have watched us under him last season then - horrendous.
60th season marra, just have a feeling.More to do with the amount of canny players out of contract like Baily wright,Marcus Maddison etc.Hardly missed a home or away last season and almost every team however poor had at least 1 player i liked. The big thing this summer will be almost every team at our level wont dare renew rolling contracts. So imho it should be impossible to not build areasonable side.

Spot on its a waste of time saying parky wont be here,he will.Unless someone takes over he will be here, noway will we pay his contract up.FWIW i think he will get us promoted. That is the most important thing at the moment. We all want new owners but until then lets see who PP brings in,just wish EFL would confirm September start date.
I meant Donald not being here not Parkinson.
I hope im wrong but i feel next season will be worse than the last 2 seasons.
Can you see Donald spending much money?

No chance.

99% expect it. I don't even use the word want

They would be hounded out of town in minutes. We are the mighty Sunderland and cannot compare ourselves to such lowly teams

Thats condescending bollocks. Onto ignore.
IF this stuff is true then my giving SD the benefit of the doubt and hoping he can somehow get it right goes full circle and I’d be furious with him!

IF.....lots of rumours and “sources” kicking around as always, so it may just be more daggers. But if he is acting like a clown here and not even listening to serious bidders with the right ideas and vision, then he’s gone too far and can fuck right off.

Ok so at this stage it’s still all ifs and buts in your world but ask the question of yourself what possible reason has this regime provided for your ongoing good faith

We’ve all had no choice other than to back them but the goodwill they have taken for granted is now completely eroded.

The simple reason for me is it’s all hearsay really atm still! Lots of rumours and stuff twisted and passed around. Lots of assumptions without actual facts being presented.

Same as this story, could all be bollocks.

I didn't want him either but he's here for the foreseeable.

I will probably get behind him as the season starts but, I'm hoping the club will be sold to big investors and get bsa back to grab a playoff spot at the end. Lol

Been on the ale like?
He's not Bob Murray ffs

Edit- sir Bob Murray

I think he means Bob Murray had an inauspicious time in the early nineties with people wanting him out, but following that he had a successful time building the SOL/Peter Reid’s teams

(although I’m not suggesting SD will replicate it)

I wouldn't be surprised (if these reports are true) if he's taking a gamble again to see if he can come up with a winning team next season that will up the price of the Club. However he has neither the manager the players the money or even the footballing nouse to do that.

As if the last two seasons weren't enough to indicate that the direction of the Club is still downward I very much doubt that he ever will. Lets hope he gets the message soon that under the circumstances no one is going to pay top dollar for SAFC especially as in their case they won't have any parachute payments to help them.

Nice idea but you make the huge assumptions that the current recruitment team are canny market operators and that playing for PP is an attractive option for players who want to progress their careers. Neither of these appear to be true.

Not quite. It's more that, to get that level of detail, I'd undoubtedly have to sign an NDA, which would then prevent me saying anything. I'd love a sight of the current management accounts, but, in terms of being informative, it would achieve nothing, because I couldn't talk about it.
When do the accounts have to be released by? Surely soon
