I’m not personally keen on Sibley who appears to be too one dimensional and very limited technically.I might be wrong but I don’t think his one sided game will be coached out of him because I doubt he has enough natural talent to absorb major changes to his playing style.
I might and hope I am wrong however

I like the way he doesn't do anything rash. Could be a good foil for Burns as an opener IMO.

I think he is doing decent enough job, we don't have someone who is going to come in and average 45 at 3

Denly has not proven anything other than he rarely goes on when set, not sure why you are defending him so much to be honest. Bairstow has had his chance. Not sure about this line-up putting solid scores together yet. Jury is still out.

Crawley needs to put over 100 here to even be considered above Denly for me and with that last shot he’s played shows me why he’s a weaker player.

I like Crawley, he reminds me of a young fresh-faced Atherton. Tidy and orthodox, talented, very young but very mature, an excellent prospect worth persisting with.
