Pretty sure Avec look after the distribution/supply for Nike in the UK for non major kit deals, see Northampton, Portsmouth, Kilmarnock etc.

If we get teamwear than I'd honestly rather just have Avec design something bespoke as they'd put more effort in.

Would that affect the supporters being shown the design? Some other clubs seem to have their new strips - maybe their manufacturer hasn't heard of Covid...

These kits will have been made well before covid hit. Delay will be what sponsor if any will be ironed on the front.
