You didn't ask for 'where saves are made', you asked for "saves made by yards distance" and, as I said it's not something I've come across, but I'll happily keep looking as it's something I'd be interested in too.

Understat shows xGA whch is a reflection of number and quality of chances against a side.

Oh and Whoscored, Footcharts, and Understat all have historical data, so you can compare last season.

You have interpreted stats from questionable websites to reflect your OPINION as fact.

You probably won't find statistics that show where shots were taken from because stats are not that relevant.

Yes aspects of them are such as miles ran. Key passes pass completion etc.

But your whole argument is built on shots faced but you have no idea where the shots were taken from.

I'm making a mockery of your argument and you haven't even clicked 😂😂😂

Yes the younger one. What people get confused about with regards to FFP is it’s all about wages. By all means they can spend 1 billion quid on Kylian Mbappe, but then persuading him to sign a 600,000 a week contract or whatever ridiculous money it would take to persuade him means he would be only signing they could make (unless there’s dramatic changes to FFP with regards to wages). Young Banjo’s agent will be wanting his client to get a big contract, then the agent of Hayden, Schar, Yedlin ... will want the same. Talk on this thread of potential champions league is very very naive. As it stands now there wage bill can only go up by 10% next transfer window, and they’ve extended the contacts of Manquillo and Carroll ....

They're stats, they're there to be interpreted. They're Opta stats, which you yourself asked for.

Stats are relevant as evidence to back up a position.

You definitely can get stats that show where shots were taken from, Opta has those stats. Each Whoscored chalkboard (which uses Opta stats) allows you to show where shots come from, and where goals come from. But I haven't found a source freely available on the web that aggregates them for a season.

Also, that's not my 'whole' argument, that's a statistic that you asked for.

You've tried to mock it, but ended up moving your goals posts because that which you thoguht was impossible to show with stats have been proven to be possible to be shown with stats.

All this is true. I would say that there's already been talk of relaxing FFP this summer because of COVID, and also that wages are linked to income so you if you can show you've increased the money coming into the club through commercial revenue or whatever, you can increase your wage bill by more than 10%. But you're overall point is right and any talk of huge stars on massive wages is wholly premature.

Youve shown nothing. You have said Dubravka is the reason why your winning games yet you can't prove it.

How am I moving the goalposts you can't provide any other stat than chances allowed.

I've shown he's faced more shots this season than last and in fact more shots than any other 'keeper in the league.
I've shown that more are coming from inside the box this season than were last season.
I've shown Newcastle have a higher xGA this season than last.

From that I've interpreted that we're more indebted to Dubravka this season than we were last season because; he's having to make more saves, from closer range (so not the 25yd dribblers you suggested), and those chances are of a higher quality than last year (the higher xGA).

I've provided plenty other stats besides chances allowed.

I'd say ASM is a big reason we do well.
1.89 ppg with him in the side. 72 points over 38 games.
0.73 ppg without him in the side. 28 points over 38 games.
Saw that on Twitter today. Surprising.
