Must be days like today as a footballer you are just over the moon.

Rank average at best and getting a guaranteed four more years on very good money, another 4 years to see him until he's 30 then trott back off to Spain with a few more million in the bank. Happy days.

Aye if he’s a a paltry £30k a week it’s a nice 6 mil plus!
 
Remember the main FFP issue is wage bill increases, giving a bang average player like Manquillo a 4 year deal is bizarre, rank average is being kind too, awful at raw defending.

Manquillo has improved a lot this season and is now our first choice RB. He's certainly not terrible at defending.
