I don't mean to sound insensitive to peoples struggles but as far as I can see it is about systematic racism within America's policing system and other groups are attempting to turn it into something else?

Only if you look at the raw numbers. If you run it as deaths/100,000 population a very different picture emerges. in 2019, there were 399 killings of white people (45.6% of the total, but they are 77% of the total). There were 235 black deaths (23.5% of the total), but black Americans are only 13.4% of the population. Looking at the overall population of the USA in the last census of 328m, that gives a death rate of 1.6./1m population in white Americans, but 10/1m amongst black Americans,

The second world war shaped the world, there would have been even more people slaughtered by nazis and the sheep that followed their commands. If Hitler had won, he would have had anyone who was not white working as slaves to his regime.

Was 25% in the 60's. The likes of Thoms Sowell blame it on the significant expansion of federal welfare from the 60's onwards: "The black family, which had survived centuries of slavery and discrimination, began rapidly disintegrating in the liberal welfare state that subsidized unwed pregnancy and changed welfare from an emergency rescue to a way of life."

Fair enough the sources I used were from something published in 2016.

What you're using doesn't appear to take into consideration of percentage of crimes committed?

He's almost the worst possible example they could have used. He's been made out to be some sort of gentle giant Saint type figure, in reality he's anything but.

You need to compare the number of white people who come into contact with the police vs the number of black people who come into contact with the police rather than overall population.

It doesn't matter what his character was. He was a bloke not resisting arrest who was needlessly killed. However, he isn't the example. He's just the latest that has sparked it again.
