If he really has put a bid in, the Saudi deal is either off, or was never close to the PL Test.

We are led to believe that Saudis paid a deposit and deal was done bar the approval and transfer of funds. If that was the case, why would this American put a bid in.

If he has put in a serious bid, he knows the club is on the market, and I doubt it can be on the market if the Saudi bid was still live.
