Without being there at the meetings i can believe the club or Rafa, I choose to believe Rafa, you can believe whoever you want.
I don't think the WTO report will be significant either way.WTO report due out on Tuesday, that's the starting gun for a yes or no, imo.
As an aside, the beheaders derby takes place this Sunday.
