Andrew Marr asked Professor Robert Azvedo the Director of the World Trade Association on his politics show this morning about the implications of the Saudi governments alleged breaking of the sports streaming rules.

He said it was a very serious breach of the rules but was evasive as to when a decision would be reached on this.

You also need to read this as PIF are a separate legal entity from The Saudi state. You don’t need to read all, just the conclusion.
