Blackford was "returned home" like every other MP and voluntarily went into isolation despite showing no symptoms on his return to protect his wife and the community in which he lives.

Dom rocked up at a hospital 250 miles from home with what he considered at the time to be his virus riddled wife and risked infecting an entire hospital community.

Struggling to draw many parallels if I'm honest. In fact their behaviour patterns couldn't be much different.

Of course he wouldn't, he addressed them so comprehensively though that it's also left him nowhere to go if more come out. For someone who comes across as a deep strategic thinker and arch manipulator it struck me as odd. Too precise, if you catch my drift. The alternative option is that he thinks he's too intelligent to be picked up on it or he couldn't give a flying fuck as he's indispensable due to what he knows. Could be both. :lol:

It is also a mystery to me as to how Cummings drove 260 miles without being stopped by police. I know for a fact around the beginning of April that the police were actively questioning people out in their cars. Nurses finishing shifts at Durham University Hospital got pulled over at Nevilles Cross and were asked to prove their identity and reason for travel. Cummings must've notified The Police he was travelling, if only for reasons of national security surely. Durham police have said they advised his father on security issues, but gave no virus advice.

I agree completely, farcical. He could though have surreptitiously slipped in another couple of reserve snippets, just in case. Let's be honest, due to the preposterous basic explanation they may have gone unnoticed. Now he's going to have to invent a half remembered, delirious, fever dream drive around Northumberland that he told Boris about but that they both can't remember. :lol:
