The Daily Mail and Telegraph very very rarely agree with the Guardian. The story/excuse is frankly bizarre, the implications of this ludicrous attempted cover story are truly seismic however. If they are prepared to brazenly concoct fantastical stories over something like this, that could easily have been nipped in the bud last week, they are capable of anything.

Proper Bond and Batman villains always do. It's too easy to just shoot or blow the fucker up.
The story was reverse engineered to fit the facts and sightings, whilst minimising implications of his transgressions. Which is why it ended up being such a cock and bull story.

I think he has to go but I’m finding the coverage tiresome.

The Guardian and other outlets had a weird obsession with him before this, as though no other government or party has advisers who aren’t MPs.
Daily Mail & Tim Montgomerie weren’t exactly Johnson-phobic before this

Got a funny feeling that it isn't all done yet. IF he lasts until the end of the week, I reckon the Sunday papers will pull the trigger on him.

Their work is lined up already I imagine, but bollocks-free Boris won't do it because he hasn't a clue himself on what to say & do. I reckon it's the bad internal feelings created that will force someone's hand

I said exactly the same when I was watching it. The main problem with this is you only have to prove one single part of it wrong and the whole thing collapses like a pack of cards.
Theres already been a start with the side issue of his Nostradamus blog.

I see ian blackford is trending on twitter.

He joins the growing list of hypocrites during this national outrage.
If true another one who should go. However it appears he never had any symptoms of Covid and was just travelling back home from Westminster. He was staying away from his family just in case as at the time London was the hot bed of the virus.

We don't do things like that anymore. Unlike the Russians, they love an unexplained tragic fall from a building, after a self inflicted multiple stabbing, whilst on fire and fatally poisoned. He's lucky he has no links to that lot.

Reminds me of the Black Mirror 'White Bear' episode. Even his close nieghbours are recording him! He'll move soon.

How many more times, his eyesight was bad.😎 Thought he was on his way to Barney via Willington but programmed Wooler into the sat nav.
Our Alexa chirps up now and again, he's obviously said to their lass in the car, 'ooh love, me fever has kicked in again, I feel a bit chilly, have you got that woolly jumper?'
Next thing you know, the sat-nav has taken them to Chillingham Castle near Wooler.
Nobody’s lying. He said what happened. It’s a grey area.

If that were true, he’d have to go as well.

It’s doesn’t seem to be though, as he clearly said he did it as a precaution due to prevalence of the disease in London - not that he was displaying symptoms.

He was returning home from work, it seems quite different.

I am basing this on the post that you have posted anyway, I’m happy to revise my opinion should there be further evidence that suggests I have misunderstood.

If he had had covid symptoms I agree, if he didn’t then I’m guessing a lot of MP’s travelled to their home addresses when parliament went into lockdown. He says in that tweet it was a precaution because of prevalence in London not because he had symptoms
