KSA is easier to type than Saudi Arabia, I am 100% not an expect on the region, my knowledge is very much limited to the tit bits you hear on the news or read online.

People getting carried away. If it happens, then the owners are indeed ridiculously wealthy people. But nobody has any idea how much of that wealth they are going to be prepared to invest / spend on the club.

The Rueben brothers already own Newcastle Racecourse & it is an absolute monstrosity, a complete dump. They might apply the same principle and effort to NUFC.
